This Agreement between (Applicant) and Voyagers’ Service Inc. 
(hereafter referred to as VSI), located in Islamorada, Florida 
shall be governed by the following terms, agreed to by both and 
acknowledged by clicking on the "I agree" button below:

1.  By agreeing to this form, applicant appoints VSI as agent 
for the receipt of mail for a period not to exceed that for 
which rent has been paid in advance. Applicant understands the 
relationship of the parties is one of bailment and not landlord 
and tenant.
  
2.  VSI is not engaged in the actual delivery of mail and shall 
not be responsible for failure of the United States Postal 
Service, or other carriers, to deliver mail or to deliver it in 
a timely fashion or undamaged condition.
 
3.  Applicant agrees to use services in accordance with all 
USPS regulations, as well as local, state and federal statutes 
and regulations.  Failure to do so can result in cancellation of 
service without notice.  All information provided by you, and the 
content of your mail,  is confidential and will not knowingly be 
disclosed to anyone without your prior consent, except for law 
enforcement purposes.  VSI intends to cooperate fully with 
appropriate law enforcement officials.
 
4.  C.O.D. and postage due mail or parcels will not be accepted 
by VSI as agent for applicant except in those cases where 
applicant specifically authorizes same in advance, and provides 
full, advance payment of charges. Certified and registered items 
are normally accepted in your behalf.
 
5.  The number of names allowed per mailbox is limited to 
4 persons plus temporary guests, however mail will not be 
accepted for more than one vessel in a single mailbox.  
Charges for services are based upon average volume and activity.  
If you expect mail for a business name, please contact us for 
a quote first.
   
6.  The VSI annual fee is due and payable in advance and 
notice thereof will be placed in applicant’s mailbox and 
forwarded to applicant with other mail. No other notice will be 
required.  Failure to pay the annual fee when due may result in 
disruption or cancellation of services.  VSI does not or prorate 
its annual fee, in the event applicant cancels service prior to 
its agreed upon expiration.   Applicants postage deposits are, 
however, fully refundable. Upon termination of services by 
VSI or applicant’s failure to pay rent in advance, VSI shall 
have no responsibility to make applicant’s mail available 
without payment.  At termination of service, applicant, if 
s/he wishes to receive any mail received for him or her after 
that date, shall provide VSI with a forwarding address and pay 
the required fees for mail forwarding.  In the event applicant 
fails to comply with this requirement, VSI shall retain such 
mail for not more than 60 days.
 
7.  VSI has the right, but not the obligation,  to open any 
package or parcel to: 1)  Determine the contents, to enable us 
to complete the necessary paperwork for customs purposes on 
international shipments.   2)  Attempt to estimate the value, 
so that we may purchase insurance on the shipment, for 
your protection.  3) Repack the item(s)  to reduce the shipping 
cost on air shipments using dimensional weight rules.  Materials 
and labor may be charged.
     
8.  VSI promises to do its best to see that applicant’s mail 
service is as hassle-free as possible!
 
9.  The address to be used by applicant for the purpose 
of receiving mail and packages will be the following:

The applicant understands & agrees without reservation that, 
by deciding to use VSI to handle his or her mail forwarding, 
S/he has shown to posses an intelligence level well beyond 
that of mere mortals.
